The SOFC is a group of pilots and aviation enthusiasts based out of Oliver. Some of our principles include:
The promotion of civilian aviation in the South Okanagan.
Encouraging youth and young individuals in the South Okanagan to be involved in aviation both for pleasure and as a potential career path.
The promotion of the Oliver airport as a regional economic driver, emergency services tool, transport infrastructure asset and transit hub.
We hold our regular meetings on the first Tuesday of the month, 19:00 at the airport terminal building.
